Our Promise At MAXAURA, every product is crafted to exceed your expectations. If it doesn't, we make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at maxaurasupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email upon approval.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened skincare or grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
