Delivered With Care Every MAXAURA order is carefully packaged and dispatched with precision.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Multiple Shipments Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, sent to you via email as each package is dispatched. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order — all items will arrive.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If your order contains multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment. You can track your order at any time via the link provided.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
